Defect Platform For Handover Stage

For defect management during project Handover Stage, a platform for all stakeholders including Maincontractor, Consultant, Developer and Subcontractor to share information and clear defects. In this platform, main contractor is able to check all the defects internally before handover, consultants and developer can also raise defects during handover stage for main contractor to follow up. All users are able to check the progress of defects rectification work promptly, to improve work efficiency greatly.

For defect management during project Defects liability Period (DLP), a platform for all stakeholders including Owner/Tenant, Developer, Maincontractor and Subcontractor to share information and clear defects. In this platform, Owner/Tenant is able to raise defects at anytime, developer and main contractor will arrange related subcon to fix the defects accordingly. Owner/Tenant can also monitor the progress of defects rectification work, to improve work efficiency greatly.
