For defect management during project Handover Stage, a platform for all stakeholders including Maincontractor, Consultant, Developer and Subcontractor to share information and clear defects. In this platform, main contractor is able to check all the defects internally before handover, consultants and developer can also raise defects during handover stage for main contractor to follow up.
